Kelcid is the Phaelist god of Vengeance and the only deity believed to have been directly created by mankind or fate.

Lophael, believed to have been an eyewitness to the final battle of the Great War, recorded that Kelcid rose directly from the blood of the fallen soldiers of that battle in response to sufficient outcry from mankind. This would make him the only deity on Khadaka whose birth or creation is believed to have been directly witnessed or caused by humans.
There are no earlier mentions of Kelcid in local mythology.
